About Me
I struggled with disordered eating from a very young age and grew up knowing the calorific value of everything from a custard cream to a roast dinner! I never really considered the impact the food I ate would have on my overall health. When I was diagnosed with a chronic condition – that I’d never even heard of 15 years ago, I had no idea what that meant for me and my future, how it was going to impact my life or how I lived it. At the time I couldn’t find the information I needed to answers the questions I had.
I was handed a leaflet, a bag full of meds, and sent on my merry way.

There have been huge improvements over the past 15 years, and there are lots more resources available, and information for people, whether online and through social media, as well as podcasts and books, supporting people to understand more about their condition. But, it can be very overwhelming, and hard to know where to start when digging through all of this information to find what is relevant to you.

This was when things really changed for me, and I have spent years understanding the impact of food, stress, sleep on my body - which has helped my condition but also helped me feel more comfortable in my body than I ever have before.
I'm now working with women to support them to do the same.
I am a qualified Health Coach and Nutritionist, and have a Masters Degree in Public Health. I specialise in practical advice and solutions, and how we can make daily changes to positively impact our health, and how to avoid behaviour that can exacerbate these conditions or even lead to them.

I am not a medical doctor and cannot give any advice or information relating to the treatment of your condition. But what I can do is help you decipher the overwhelming amount of information that is out there and choose the bits that are relevant to you and your health goals.

I look forward to working with you,
