I have chosen a few areas of focus that will support you in improving your health, and addressing some of the underlying issues that maybe contributing to symptoms you are experiencing, or maybe hindering any health goals you have.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a term used to describe conditions that can cause severe symptoms in the bowel and the whole digestive tract . There is currently no cure for this disease, however lifestyle factors can have a huge impact on the severity of symptoms and frequency of flares.
Finding the right medical treatment is vital in controlling the disease, however the way you live can massively impact your quality of life with IBD.
Having lived with IBD for more than 15 years and considering the decade of research into my own condition, I will support you in finding ways to ease your symptoms and support your healing outside the remit of healthcare systems. This will include, nutrition, gut health, reducing inflammation, managing stress to name but a few.
